You are NOT required to purchase these, they are simply recommendations to get the most out of the program.
Many of these tools are also free for their basic packages.

Week 1: Market Research
Typeform: http://www.amandaabella.com/typeform (Free version is sufficient. May want to consider upgrade for consulting application later but it is not necessary.)
Phone Service and Recorder
Skype (If you are using a Mac and would like to record calls I recommend Skype Recorder to Mac.)
UberConference (Free and you can use to automatically record.)

Payment Processors and Invoicing
PayPal (Business account allows you to do auto-billing each month. PayPal financing automatically included in cart. Lifesaver!)
Week 4: Online Marketing
Optional tools for social media management.Which social media channels you use will depend on market research so you may not even need these.
Edgar – My favorite. All you need to do is create one master schedule and populate content into the library. Edgar takes care of the rest. Pricey but worth it if you’re ready for it.

Email Marketing (This you will definitely need!)
Mailchimp – Free. Will require separate service for landing pages. Becomes costly quickly as your list grows.
Mailerlite — Email list, automations, surveys, landing pages and pop-ups. Inexpensive. Great for starting.
ConvertKit – Email list and landing pages included.
ActiveCampaign – Very affordable. Can also be used a CRM.
Week 5: Sales and Systems
Landing Pages for Sales Pages, Opt-In Pages, Consult Pages and Order Forms – You will need some sort of landing page service for opt-ins and consultation page.
ConvertKit – Email list and landing page in one.
ClickFunnels – Landing pages and funnel builders. Excellent choice! Can also create order form pages and connect to payment processor.
LeadPages – Been using these guys for years! Very user friendly and it integrates with just about every email marketing service.
ThriveThemes – (You can also use this for scroll mat on your website. Optional but I find that it works.)
Acuity – Free option but may need to upgrade to take more meetings. Very affordable, works as a CRM, texting feature and allows you to take paymentsCalendly.com
Contracts and Signatures
DigiSigner – free for a certain amount of docs and then $99 a year.
Adobe Echo – Free for 14 days and then $9.99 a month.
If you have a Mac you can also create a signature in the standard PDF viewer.
Creating and Delivering Courses
Teachable – This is what I used for the member area of Persuade to Profit for years. I also used it for my course on freelance writing. Very easy to use for both the course creator and students.
Clickfunnels – Clickfunnels makes it easy to build out courses.
Note: We’ve had some students choose to build their own client portals similar to this website. You will need your own hosting, WordPress and the necessary plugins such as LearnDash (for courses) and Memberium or MemberPress (for locking and unlocking content.)
Social Media Scheduler
Edgar – This one is my favorite.
Client Relationship Manager
Acuity – Can be used as a CRM.
ZoomWebinar – Easy to use and affordable.
WebinarJam / Everwebinar combo: Recommended for auto webinars and easy set up with email marketing system and CRM.
Styled Stock Society – This is my go-to for affordable desktop photos.
